Taizo Mikazuki, governor of Shiga Prefecture, led a delegation to visit Hunan Province on July 31, 2023. On August 1 afternoon, the delegation successively visited the School of Foreign Languages of Hunan University (HNU) and the Changsha Bamboo Slips Museum in Changsha to exchange ideas with Chinese and Japanese students. At the HNU School of Foreign Languages, Chinese and Japanese students discussed how to use social networks to promote bilateral friendly exchanges.
